Job Title: Architectural Draftsman

Role Summary:
Responsible for preparing detailed architectural drawings, construction documents, and technical plans based on design concepts, site requirements, and project specifications. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure accurate and timely drawing submissions.

Core Responsibilities:

- Develop CAD drawings using AutoCAD ensure accuracy as per project requirements.
- Prepare façade, cladding, flooring, and detailed working drawings.
- Coordinate with architects and consultants for design updates and revisions.
- Review drawings and ensure compliance with project standards and specifications.
- Prepare quantity take-offs and assist in BOQ preparation.
- Maintain drawing records and revision history.
- Ensure timely submission of revised drawings and shop drawings.
- Assist in resolving drawing-related issues during execution.

Skills:

- AutoCAD
- Stone Quantity calculation, MTO (Material take off)
- Coordination and communication skills

Experience minimum 3+yrs in façade, glazing, interior drawing.

CTC: 4 -5 Lacs

Location: Juhu, Mumbai

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
