Job Summary

HR Generalist is responsible for supporting HR related Employee Engagement work for clients of the organisation. This role involves a combination of creative work, current ideas of engagement, administrative tasks, project coordination, and L&D; support. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Creative Project Management:
- Assist in the development of project proposals for Engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
- Manage project documentation and reporting.
- L&D; Support:
- Develop and deliver engaging L&D; content.
- Coordinate with external trainers and vendors.
- Manage training logistics and participant registration.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and gather feedback.
- HR Administration:
- Provide administrative support for HR functions, design & development of projects
- Maintain employee records and HRIS data.




- Assist with benefits administration and payroll processing.
- Coordinate with external agencies for statutory compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Canva & MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of HR policies and procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
