We have an urgent opening for the position of Billing Engineer for one of our reputed builder clients in Mumbai (Palghar).
Job Description:
- Providing timely inputs regarding quantity and cost for project cash flow
- Certification of RA Bills of contractors as per contract terms (Main contractor billing.)
- Timely preparation and processing of sub agency bills (NSC contractors bills)
- Capturing of expenses and receipt in the system to provide inputs to Planning /finance dept. for MIS report
- Preparation of monthly budget provisions & submission to finance team
- Study of drawings/ technical specifications and BOQ.
- Compiling executed quantities as per contract terms.
- Carrying out joint inspection of records / measurements when required
- Monthly sending of submitted and certified client bill to accounts dept.
- Identification of deviated item extra item and giving feedback to Project manager.
- Attending meetings when required.
- Coordination with Diff Dept. to complete the billing Process on time

Candidate's Profile:
- Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering from recognized University / Institute
- Should be well versed with Auto CAD & ERP
- Communication Skills should be appropriate
