Tata Semiconductor Assembly & Testing (TSAT) is a Strategic Business Unit (SBU) of Tata Electronics. We are in the process of identifying a suitable candidate for AGM / DGM - Industrial Relations, TSAT. The client will finalise the appropriate grade and designation for the selected candidate. The position reports to the CHRO of TSAT and Bengaluru is the initial base location for the position. The business demands flexibility to relocate to the given recent location as per the business need.

Profile, Role and responsibilities:
- MBA - HR / MSW, preferably from an high pedigree institute
- Comfortable to relocate as per business need
- Critical Experiences are - Independently handling IR in reputed manufacturing company; led and managed atleast 2 wage settlements; and management of contract staffing
- Key responsibilities are: Managing all matters related to staffing, especially contract staffing for greenfield projects; HR Statutory compliance; Industrial Safety / Safety during construction and commissioning of the project
