Job Details:

Accounts
Payable
- Process AP using internal
software, Bill.com, and QuickBooks.
- Process payments in Bill.com
after invoices are reviewed and approved.
- Post and record vendor bills,
credits, and payment transactions as needed.

Accounts
Receivable
- Upload AR into QuickBooks.
- Record customer deposits and
apply them to the correct invoices.
- Post journal entries related to
AR activity as required.
- Follow up internally/externally
on funding

General
Accounting
- Prepare and post necessary
journal entries.
- Perform monthly bank
reconciliations.
- Complete credit card
reconciliations, including posting all related entries.
- Monitor and track account
activity, funding availability, and due dates on a daily basis.

Administrative
& Communication
- Read, manage, and respond to
emails in a timely and qualified manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams
or vendors as needed to resolve issues or obtain missing information.
