Job Summary

We are seeking a Design Engineer with experience in the Oil & Gas industry and pressure vessel design. The candidate will be responsible for designing pressure vessels, heat exchangers, storage tanks, and related process equipment in compliance with ASME, API, and international standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop pressure vessels, heat exchangers, separators, and storage tanks.
- Prepare GA drawings, fabrication drawings, and detailed engineering documents.
- Perform design calculations as per ASME Section VIII Div.1/2, API, and TEMA standards.
- Prepare material specifications, BOMs, and technical datasheets.
- Review client specifications and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate with production, QA/QC, procurement, and project teams.
- Support fabrication activities and resolve design-related issues.




- Conduct stress analysis and design validation using engineering software.
- Participate in technical discussions with clients and consultants.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of ASME Section VIII, API, TEMA, and pressure vessel codes.
- Experience in pressure vessel design calculations and mechanical design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, PV Elite, Compress, or similar software.
- Knowledge of material selection, welding, and fabrication processes.
- Ability to interpret P&IDs;, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
