GB Career Clarity Advisory provides career assessment and career counselling services to help students and individuals understand their strengths, interests, abilities, and suitable career options.

Role Overview

We are looking for a confident and energetic Field Sales & Outreach Intern to create awareness about our career guidance services, generate customer enquiries, distribute promotional materials, and convert interested prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Distribute pamphlets, brochures, and visiting cards at approved locations.
- Create awareness about career assessments and counselling services.
- Connect with students, parents, schools, coaching centres, colleges, and other relevant organisations.
- Explain the purpose, process, and benefits of the services using approved information.
- Generate genuine customer enquiries and sales leads.
- Share the organisation’s website and service details with interested individuals.
- Follow up with potential customers through approved calls or messages.
- Maintain records of locations visited, promotional materials distributed, leads generated, and sales completed.
- Collect general customer and market feedback.
- Work towards mutually agreed outreach and sales targets.

Candidate Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with fieldwork, local travel, and customer interaction.
- Confident, responsible, presentable, and self-motivated.
- Interest in sales, marketing, customer acquisition,



or business development.
- Ability to work independently and maintain accurate records.
- Familiarity with Noida and nearby areas will be preferred.
- No prior sales experience is required.

Compensation

This is a commission-based internship with no fixed stipend.

The intern will receive a commission equal to 10% of the net amount received by GB Career Clarity Advisory for each verified and successfully completed sale directly generated through the intern’s assigned referral method.

Earnings will depend on successful sales, and no minimum or guaranteed income is offered. Commission will not be payable on cancelled, refunded, duplicate, fraudulent, or unverified transactions.

Important Guidelines

- Promotional materials must only be distributed at locations where permission has been obtained or where such distribution is permitted.
- The intern must not enter private premises, schools, residential societies, offices, or commercial establishments without permission.
- No misleading claims, false promises, pressure-selling, or guaranteed career outcomes may be communicated.
- Customer information must remain confidential and may only be used for authorised business communication.
- The intern must represent GB Career Clarity Advisory professionally and ethically.
