Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries received through phone, email, WhatsApp, and website.
- Understand the customer's basic requirements and qualify enquiries.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings/demo appointments between customers and the sales team.
- Ensure both the customer and the assigned salesperson join the scheduled meeting on time.
- Send meeting reminders and coordinate any rescheduling when required.
- Maintain accurate lead and meeting details in the CRM system.
- Follow up with the sales team after each meeting to update the lead status.
- Track pending opportunities and remind the sales team to follow up with customers.
- Monitor the progress of each enquiry until it is closed (Won/Lost).
- Prepare daily reports on enquiries received, meetings scheduled, meetings completed, and closures.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
