- Drive ticket sales and onboard new clients onto the SAAS platform
- Use creative, multi-channel outreach strategies via social, referrals, partnerships, events (no cold
calling)
- Think out of the box to reach event organizers, venues, and promoters
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships and provide ongoing support
- Maintain CRM hygiene and track pipeline with precision
- Collaborate with the team to refine outreach playbooks
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience with a SAAS product in the US & Global market
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Confident, transparent, persuasive
- Creative thinker who uses varied techniques to prospect and close (not just calls).
- AI Enthused and adoptive
- Strong client relations mindset with responsive, reliable and solution-oriented
