Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and creative 2D & 3D Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of visual design principles, experience in both 2D and 3D graphics, and a keen interest in integrating AI-powered tools into the creative process. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of creative projects in collaboration with our marketing, content, and curriculum teams.
Key Responsibilities:
2D Graphics & Design:

Design visually appealing graphics for advertisements, collaboration posters, and marketing materials.

Create cover images for videos and reels, content snapshots, and monthly report visuals.

Develop visually consistent templates for certifications, curriculums, and presentation decks (PPTs).
3D Graphics & AI Integration:

Create 3D visual assets using Photoshop 3D Panel and preferably Blender.

Leverage AI-powered tools to improve design efficiency and introduce innovative design elements.
General Design & Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with the marketing, content, and curriculum teams to align visuals with the brand identity.

Produce designs optimized for digital platforms and social media, ensuring high visual engagement.

Stay informed about the latest trends in graphic design, AI tools, and creative technologies.
Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio in 2D and 3D design.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.

Solid understanding of design fundamentals including color theory, layout, and typography.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within tight deadlines.
