Designation: DCM/ Chief Manager/Senior Chief Manager – Product Development
Position – Lead – Product Development

Experience – 5-10 years
Location – Lower Parel/Thane - travelling between both locations

Key Qualification:
- Academic: MBBS/BDS/ CS/LLB/MBA with good drafting skills

AND/OR

Graduate/Post-Graduate with minimum of 5 years of Product Development (Health or Life Insurance only) experience.
- Experience in using an understanding of customer needs and technical constraints to develop features that work
- Stakeholder management skills

Job Profile:
- Manage the entire product lifecycle which will involve comprehensive market research, product ideation, development, filing and approval
- Driving innovation within the team
- Defining Customer segments, gap analysis,



and finalizing proper positioning of the product specially B2C
- Inputs for marketing collaterals pertaining to current and existing product
- Regulatory query resolution
- GTM roadmap finalization before product launch
- Manage the entire product lifecycle end to end.
- Leading all Go to Market (GTM) projects including product launches, system enhancements, automation and integration with partners for new/existing products
- Support IT in product understanding for new/existing products system development
- GTM roadmap finalization before product launch
- Train the trainer before product launches
