Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Facultative Placement: Manage placement of risks with re-insurers across all Lines of Business (LOBs).

- Claim intimations/ Data Preparation/ Analysis of data.

- Reconciliation of various Reinsurance registers accurately and timely.

- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and support audit processes.

- Drive automation of workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Key Requirements – Education & Certificates

- Graduate / Postgraduate

Key Requirements - Experience & Skills

- Experience: Minimum 3 year of hands-on experience with Commercial Lines products.

- Domain Knowledge: Strong exposure to General Insurance products (Commercial Lines) is mandatory.

- Excellent interdepartmental coordination and communication skills.

- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven attitude.

- Experience of working with external vendors/ partners will be an added advantage.

- Robust command of MS Excel, Word, and Presentation tools.
