Job Title: Education/Academic Counselor

Department: Sales
Reports To: Centre Manager
Location: Thane & Nerul

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Counsel students and parents regarding the institute’s courses, programs, career outcomes, and admission process.
- Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to understand student needs and recommend suitable programs.
- Follow up with leads.
- Assist students in completing admission forms, documentation, and fee submission.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on counseling activities and admission targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
- Achieve Targets set by management.





Qualifications and Skills:

- Any Graduate
- 6 Months to 3 years of experience as a counselor, academic advisor (experience in an educational institute preferred).
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage targets and work under pressure.
