Manager – Land & Legal Coordination

Location: Pune (Site & HO coordination as required)

Job Summary:

The Manager – Land & Legal Coordination will be responsible for handling land-related issues including encroachments, coordination with local authorities and police stations, and ensuring land security and compliance across project sites. The role requires strong field presence, liaison skills, and practical knowledge of land matters.

Key Responsibilities:

 Handle and resolve land encroachment issues across project sites

 Coordinate with local police stations for complaints, follow-ups, and

legal support

 Maintain liaison with government authorities, local bodies, and

legal representatives

 Conduct regular land security checks and site inspections

 Ensure proper boundary marking, fencing, and protection of

company land parcels

 Manage and supervise security deployed at land sites

 Track and maintain records of land disputes, notices, and legal

documentation

 Support legal team in litigation and non-litigation matters related to

land

 Coordinate with internal teams for risk mitigation and preventive

actions

 Ensure compliance with local laws and regulatory requirements

Key Skills & Competencies:

 Strong knowledge of land-related issues and dispute handling





 Experience in dealing with police authorities and government

offices

 Positive negotiation and conflict resolution skills

 Solid field coordination and follow-up ability

 Basic understanding of legal documentation and processes

 High integrity and ability to handle sensitive matters

Qualifications & Experience:

 Graduate in any discipline (Law background preferred)

 5 years of experience in land handling / real estate / legal coordination

roles

 Prior experience in encroachment handling and police

liaison/coordination is essential is mandatory

 Ex-Serviceman / Retired Police Personnel preferred

Additional Requirements:

 Willingness to travel across sites

 Strong local network and familiarity with Pune region preferred

 Immediate joiners preferred

Salary Range: upto 9LPA

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
