- Draft, review, and vet legal agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.
- Handle property and real estate legal matters.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
- Coordinate with government authorities, advocates, and legal consultants.
- Provide legal advice to management on business and operational matters.
- Manage litigation matters and maintain legal records.
- Conduct legal research and support documentation for projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) (LLM preferred).
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Legal/Real Estate.
- Solid knowledge of property laws, contract law, and legal compliance.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple legal matters.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
