Job Title: PGT Accountancy & Business Studies (ISC)

Location: SALTLAKE

Key Responsibilities:

- Teach Accountancy and Business Studies to Classes XI–XII (ISC curriculum).
- Plan and deliver structured lessons aligned with ISC syllabus and board requirements.
- Develop strong conceptual clarity in:
- Accountancy: Financial Accounting, Partnership Accounts, Company Accounts, Cash Flow, etc.
- Business Studies: Management principles, marketing, finance, and business environment.
- Prepare students for ISC Board Examinations through systematic revision, practice papers, and mock tests.
- Design and evaluate assignments, projects, and internal assessments.
- Use case studies, real-life business examples, and practical applications to enhance understanding.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and academic progress.
- Provide remedial classes and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Integrate digital tools / smart classroom teaching methods.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Educational Qualification:
- M.Com (mandatory)
- B.Ed. (mandatory)
- Experience:




- Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience in ISC/CBSE schools.
- Experience in handling Classes XI & XII (ISC) is essential.

Required Skills:

- Strong command over accounting principles and business concepts.
- Familiarity with ISC exam pattern, marking scheme, and project work guidelines.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills (especially for Accountancy).
- Effective communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to simplify complex financial concepts for students.

Preferred Qualities:

- Student-centric teaching approach.
- Ability to connect theory with practical business scenarios.
- Robust mentoring and guidance skills.

Additional Responsibilities:

- Act as a Class Teacher / Mentor if required.
- Assist in commerce stream planning and coordination.
- Contribute to school events, commerce-related activities, and exhibitions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
