Job Description:
We are looking for an IT Recruiter with experience in sourcing IT Corporate Trainers across various technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in talent sourcing, screening, coordination, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and identify IT Corporate Trainers through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and social media platforms
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, training expertise, and client requirements
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Build and maintain a strong database of technical trainers across multiple technologies
- Work closely with internal teams and clients to understand hiring requirements
- Ensure timely closures and quality hiring

Required Skills:

- Experience in IT Recruitment and trainer sourcing
- Robust knowledge of sourcing channels and recruitment tools
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
