Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP FICO
- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements
- Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
- Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients’ needs.
- Design, customize, configure and testing of FICO
- Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
- Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyse, and solve software problems. Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues;
- Document functional designs, test cases and results.
- Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
- Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects
- Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
- Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required

Desired Skill & Experience





- Minimum of 2+ years designing and configuring FICO modules
- Minimum a full cycle of SAP implementation as well as in support projects.
- Must have process knowledge – planning, design, development, testing and deployment of SAP Controlling
- Should be able to carry out complete FICO process set up including Asset management
- Must have configuration knowledge – Good understanding of master data related to FICO module
- Positive to have integration knowledge – FI-SD, FI-PP & MM-FI, FI-PS, FI-PM
- Having good knowledge in table relationship will be an added advantage
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time
- Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective and provide FS to developer
- Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others
- SAP certification preferred

Professional Experience

- Should have worked on 2-3 Full cycle Implementation projects with atleast one experience in S/4 HANA project.
- Excellent Client Management and Interpersonal skills
- Strong Communication skills

Qualification

B.Com / Graduate in any stream with MBA in Finance will be an added advantage
