- Assist in recruitment activities such as sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Coordinate with candidates and internal stakeholders for interview processes
- Support onboarding and induction activities for current joiners
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
- Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
- Support HR team in various ongoing projects and initiatives
