The Key responsibility includes to make sure the Organizational Compliance as per Labour Laws for Interior fitout projects on Pan India basis.
Responsibilities:
- Compliance and Statutory Audit
- Maintaining and and preparing audit compliance documents under various Acts in CLRA/ ISM/ BOCW/Payment of wages/ MInimum of wages/ ESIC/EPF/PT/LWF/MB ACT /GRATUITY/ S&E; ACT
- Knowledge of excel and basic formulas
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Knowledge of minimum wages
- Knowledge of bonus ACT
- Fair knowledge of ESIC/EPF/PT/LWF
- Knowledge of ESIC/EPF challan generation
- Knowledge of half yearly and annual return
Desired Profile:
Ready to travel to sites for attending compliance audits
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Interior Fitout Compliance experience will be added advantage
- Very Positive knowledge of MS Office
- Good Personality and confident with communicating with the Auditor
