Position Overview

We are hiring a Senior Regional Sales Head with 7 to 15 years of proven experience in pesticide and agri-input sales. The candidate must have deep exposure to the Kongu belt, including Nilgiris, Erode, Salem, Tirupur, Coimbatore, and Dharmapuri districts.

This is a high-impact role offering leadership in a rapidly growing agri-input company with a strong digital and field presence.

Requirements

- Minimum 7 years of field experience in pesticides, bio-inputs, or agrochemical sales
- Deep knowledge of dealer/distributor networks in Kongu and Nilgiris regions




- Hands-on experience managing sales targets, team building, and territory expansion
- Must be willing to travel across the region
- Ability to work with marketing, CRM, and soil test support teams
- Strong communication, team handling, and negotiation skills.

Salary & Advantages

Monthly CTC: ₹35,000 to ₹75,000 (based on experience)
