Qualification
- MBA (Marketing / Sales preferred)
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B Sales
- Experience in Consumer Durables / Home Appliances / Kitchen Appliances / Small Appliances industry preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the sales team across regions from Thrissur to Kasaragod
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to improve business performance
- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key channel partners
- Handle major distributors and important business accounts
- Identify new market opportunities and expand dealer/distributor network
- Coordinate with management to implement business growth initiatives
- Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis
- Ensure proper reporting, sales planning, and team coordination
Candidate Requirements
- Strong leadership and team handling skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality
- Willingness to travel across assigned territories
- Good market knowledge and distributor management experience
- Age: 25 – 45 years
Salary & Benefits
