Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
- Post job openings on various hiring platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Coordinate interview rounds and collect feedback.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

HR Operations

- Assist in onboarding new employees.
- Prepare offer letters and other HR documents.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate with employees regarding HR policies.
- Support attendance and leave management.
- Help organize employee engagement activities.

Administrative Tasks

- Maintain recruitment reports and hiring metrics.
- Coordinate with external recruitment agencies when required.
- Update HR databases and internal documents.
- Assist with general office administration as needed.





Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to take ownership.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA in HR is a plus but not mandatory.
- Freshers with internship experience are encouraged to apply.
- Experience using job portals such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, or other recruitment platforms is an advantage.

Nice to Have

- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices.
- Familiarity with social media recruiting.
- Basic understanding of employment documentation.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
