Profile: Senior Visa Executive

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the Visa Department only

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Visa Executive with hands-on experience in handling Business and Tourist Visa applications. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete visa process, ensuring accurate documentation, coordinating with embassies/VFS, and providing excellent client support.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle Business and Tourist visa applications for countries such as USA, UK, Canada, Schengen, Australia, and other destinations. Guide clients regarding visa requirements, documentation, eligibility, and application procedures. Verify visa documents as per embassy and consulate guidelines. Fill visa application forms accurately and ensure timely submission. Schedule visa appointments, biometric appointments, and interview slots.



Coordinate with embassies, VFS centres, and clients for application updates. Track visa application status and provide timely follow-ups to clients. Resolve client queries professionally and provide end-to-end visa assistance. Maintain proper client records, visa documentation, and application files. Skills Expected:

Strong knowledge of visa procedures and documentation. Experience in handling Business Visa and Tourist Visa applications. Positive communication and coordination skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple visa applications simultaneously. Basic computer knowledge (Email, MS Word, MS Excel).
