Job Description

Designation: Head/ Deputy Head of Global Shared Services

Location: Hyderabad

Responsibilities:

- Work with the Head of GSS to set goals and strategies.
- Lead and manage important projects to achieve these goals.
- Review internal processes, identify risks, and create controls for high-risk areas.
- Document key risk management procedures.
- Oversee the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts.
- Understand and apply Ind AS/IFRS accounting standards.
- Manage service performance to ensure it is accurate and of high quality.
- Develop and review policies to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Ensure proper risk management and smooth operations.




- Handle reporting for critical areas like inventories and accounts receivable.
- Work with external auditors to understand their requirements and provide necessary documents.
- Collaborate with internal auditors to improve systems and make them more efficient.
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, and cash disbursement functions.
- Analyze data and manage budgets to support business decisions.
- Have a strategic mindset focused on business growth.
- Lead and organize teams effectively.
- Communicate clearly with all levels of the organization.
