Job Summary

CBS Shopping Mall is looking for a creative and results-driven Online Sales & Social Media Manager to grow our website sales, manage social media platforms, and improve our digital presence. The ideal candidate should have experience in e-commerce, social media marketing and content creator.

Key Responsibilities

Online Sales & E-commerce
Manage and update products on the company website.
Upload current products with SEO-friendly descriptions.
Monitor website performance and online sales.
Plan and execute promotions, offers, and seasonal campaigns.
Coordinate with inventory and sales teams.
Improve conversion rates and customer experience.

Social Media Management

Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp Business, and Google Business Profile.
Create content calendars and posting schedules.
Publish daily posts, reels, stories, and promotional content.
Coordinate photo and video shoots.
Engage with followers and respond to inquiries.
Monitor trends and competitor activities.

Content Creation





Design creatives using Canva or Adobe tools.
Edit short-form videos and reels.
Write engaging captions and promotional content.

Required Skills

Experience in Social Media Marketing.
Knowledge of Facebook & Instagram Ads.
Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or e-commerce websites.
Basic SEO knowledge.
Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
Strong communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or related field.
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing or E-commerce.
Experience in Fashion, Apparel, Retail, or Shopping Mall industry preferred.
Performance Targets
Increase website sales.
Grow social media followers and engagement.
Improve website traffic through SEO.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
