- Business Development: Actively solicit current business through direct sales calls, networking, and lead generation to secure corporate, leisure, and group bookings.
- Account Management: Nurture existing client relationships and manage corporate travel accounts and travel agency partnerships to guarantee repeat business.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute the hotel’s annual sales and marketing plan in collaboration with revenue management teams to correctly position the hotel within its competitive set.
- Client Presentations: Conduct site inspections and deliver presentations to event planners, corporate travel buyers, and tour operators.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Monitor sales statistics, analyze market changes, and provide accurate revenue forecasting to hotel leadership.
- Industry Representation: Attend travel industry tradeshows, networking events, and community conferences to promote the property
