About Glatro

Glatro is a hyperlocal commerce platform connecting customers with nearby trusted stores for quick delivery of clothing, footwear, beauty, electronics, gifts, household products, and more. We are looking for a passionate Marketing Executive to help grow our brand, onboard retailers and delivery partners, and drive customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
- Improve website and app visibility through SEO, ASO, keyword research, backlink building, and content optimization.
- Build high-quality backlinks and implement effective off-page SEO strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other marketing tools.
- Develop strategies to increase app downloads, retailer onboarding, and customer acquisition.
- Reach out to retailers and delivery partners via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other channels to onboard them onto the Glatro platform.
- Coordinate with influencers, content creators, and marketing partners for collaborations and promotional campaigns.




- Manage and grow Glatro's social media presence.
- Conduct competitor research and identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the product, design, and leadership teams to execute marketing initiatives.

Required Skills

- 1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Growth Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of:
- SEO
- ASO (App Store Optimization)
- Backlink Building
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Analytics & Google Search Console
- Keyword Research
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with retailers, delivery partners, influencers, and business partners.
- Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced startup.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or mobile app marketing.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, or similar.
- Experience in influencer marketing and outreach.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
