We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic International Calling Executive to connect with employers in Germany, understand their hiring requirements, and initiate conversations that can lead to long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to employers and staffing companies across Germany.

* Introduce SkillPassGo and our international recruitment services.

* Understand employers' hiring needs and identify potential opportunities.

* Generate qualified leads and schedule follow-up discussions for the partnerships team.

* Conduct follow-up calls and maintain regular communication with prospective employers.

* Update call outcomes and lead information in the CRM.

* Gather market insights, hiring trends, and employer feedback.

* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up on interested prospects.

Candidate Profile





* Excellent spoken German with a confident and pleasant phone manner.

* Knowledge of German is an mandatory (B2 Persuing).

* Comfortable speaking with international clients over the phone.

* Strong listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.

* Experience in telecalling, customer support, international calling, lead generation, recruitment, or inside sales is preferred.

* Target-oriented, organized, and proactive.
