About the Role

KITSS Company is looking for a passionate and experienced SEO Executive with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization). The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of modern search optimization techniques and be capable of improving website rankings, increasing organic traffic, and optimizing content for both traditional search engines and AI-powered search platforms.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.

● Perform comprehensive keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent analysis.

● Optimize website content, landing pages, meta tags, headings, URLs, images, and internal linking.

● Conduct technical SEO audits and resolve issues related to indexing, crawling, Core Web Vitals, site speed, mobile usability, duplicate content, and broken links.

● Implement structured data (Schema Markup) including FAQ, Article, Product, Organization, Breadcrumb, and Local Business schema.

● Build high-quality backlinks through ethical white-hat SEO practices.

● Optimize content for Featured Snippets, AI Overviews, voice search, and zero-click search results.

● Create and optimize content for AI search platforms using AEO and GEO best practices.

● Improve website authority by following E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness) principles.

● Track website performance, keyword rankings, conversions, and organic growth using SEO tools.

● Collaborate with content writers, developers,



and the marketing team to execute SEO initiatives.

● Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm updates, AI search trends, and industry best practices.

Required Skills

● Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, Technical, Local, and International SEO.

● Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Keyword Planner, PageSpeed Insights, and Looker Studio.

● Experience with WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms.

● Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, XML Sitemaps, Robots.txt, Canonical Tags, and Schema Markup.

● Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity AI for content optimization and research.

● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

● Google SEO certifications or relevant digital marketing certifications are a plus.

● Experience working with national or international SEO projects is preferred.
