Hiring: Silver Sales Executive – Pusa Road, Delhi

Chotteylal & Sons is hiring an experienced and customer-focused Silver Sales Executive for our Pusa Road store.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend walk-in customers and explain silver coins, jewellery and gifting products
- Handle enquiries through WhatsApp and phone calls
- Convert enquiries into orders and achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure regular follow-ups
- Coordinate with the billing, packaging and dispatch teams
- Maintain product displays and assist with stock organisation
- Stay updated on silver products, pricing and customisation options

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales or customer handling
- Jewellery, silver,



luxury retail or gifting experience preferred
- Strong English-speaking and communication skills
- Strong convincing, follow-up and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable using WhatsApp and Instagram for sales
- Presentable, reliable and target-oriented

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: ₹25,000–₹50,000 per month, based on experience
- Performance incentives can be discussed during the interview
- Working Hours
- 6 days a week
- 10:30 AM to 8:00 PM

Location: Pusa Road, Current Delhi
Joining: Immediate preferred
