As we expand our retail footprint, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Retail Store Manager to lead our flagship store.

Job Summary:

The Senior Retail Store Manager will be responsible for leading all store operations, driving sales performance, delivering exceptional customer experience, and developing a high-performing team. This role demands a strategic leader with a strong background in luxury retail, team management, and customer engagement in the fine jewelry sector.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Store Leadership & Operations

- Oversee daily operations to ensure a smooth and customer-centric shopping experience.
- Enforce operational policies, inventory control, cash handling, and visual merchandising standards.
- Manage store security and compliance procedures.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs and brand guidelines.

2. Sales & Customer Experience

- Drive store performance to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Deliver a personalized and luxury shopping experience to clients.
- Handle high-value transactions and support VIP customer relationships.
- Resolve customer issues or escalations promptly and professionally.

3. Team Management

- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Sales Associates and Assistant Managers.




- Schedule and manage staffing based on business needs.
- Conduct performance reviews, set goals, and support ongoing training.
- Uphold a positive and accountable team culture.

4. Reporting & Analysis

- Analyze sales metrics and inventory data to inform business decisions.
- Submit regular performance reports to senior leadership.
- Implement strategies based on KPIs, customer feedback, and trends.

5. Events & Brand Representation

- Organize in-store events, clienteling sessions, and promotional activations.
- Act as a brand ambassador within the local community.
- Collaborate with marketing on local campaigns and seasonal promotions.

Requirements:

1. 3+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in fine jewelry or luxury fashion.

2. Proven track record of leading a high-performing retail team.

3. Strong sales acumen and customer service orientation.

4. Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

5. Proficient in POS systems, retail software, and Microsoft Office Suite.

6. Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Graduate/Post Graduate.
- Experience with CRM tools and clienteling strategies.
- Passion for jewelry, fashion, and luxury goods.
