Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced and motivated Sales Agent for our International Truck Insurance process. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in an International BPO sales process, excellent English communication skills with a strong accent, and the ability to close deals with international clients (US/Canada market preferred).

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to truck owners and trucking companies in international markets.
- Sell and explain truck/commercial vehicle insurance policies.
- Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable insurance plans.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and international sales standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in International BPO (Insurance or Sales Process preferred).
- Excellent English communication skills with a neutral/US accent.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to handle objections and close deals confidently.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Comfortable working in night shifts.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
