Diploma in Culinary Arts & Bakery Faculty

We're expanding our academic team and are seeking a passionate and experienced Diploma in Culinary Arts & Bakery Faculty to inspire and train the next generation of culinary professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver classroom and hands-on practical training for the Diploma in Culinary Arts & Bakery programme.

Teach culinary fundamentals, bakery & confectionery, pastry production, bread making, food preparation, menu planning, food presentation, and kitchen operations.

Conduct practical demonstrations while ensuring food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.

Guide students through industry-based projects and qualified kitchen practices.

Mentor students to develop technical expertise, creativity, and career readiness.

Preferred Qualifications

Diploma / Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Culinary Arts, Bakery & Confectionery, Hotel Management, or a related field.

Relevant experience in hotels, restaurants, bakeries, pastry kitchens, or the hospitality industry is preferred.

Previous teaching or training experience is an added advantage.

Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.

Pay: ₹9,830.47 - ₹53,864.44 per month
