Job Title: Quality Control Executive – Food / FMCG Industry

Location: Mehsana , Gujrat
Experience: 0 – 2 years (Fresher are also apply)

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and control quality parameters throughout the production process.
- Conduct routine inspections, sampling, and testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished goods.
- Collaborate with production, R&D;, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues.
- Conduct root cause analysis of product deviations, rejections, or customer complaints.
- Maintain proper documentation, inspection reports, and audit records.
- Ensure proper hygiene, sanitation, and safety practices within production areas.
- Train and guide staff on quality awareness, food safety, and compliance practices.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Proficiency in quality control tools, statistical analysis, and lab testing methods.
- Analytical thinking with attention to detail.
- Problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
- Valuable communication and coordination abilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
