We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with hands-on experience in finance, accounting, and compliance to join our team. The ideal candidate brings a robust foundation in core finance functions and has operated in environments with meaningful business scale.
Key Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience
- Strong working knowledge of core finance and compliance functions - including financial reporting, taxation, statutory compliance, and internal controls
- Experience with Big 4 firms (audit practice) is preferred
- Demonstrated experience in independently handling and closing books of accounts for organizations with an annual turnover of ₹50 Crore or above
What You'll Do
- Own the month-end and year-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Manage statutory and regulatory compliance
- Prepare and review financial statements in line with applicable accounting standards
- Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities
- Support leadership with MIS reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis
- Identify process improvement opportunities across finance operations
