Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain books, reconciliations, expenses, revenue allocation
- Supervise agency; close monthly books by 4th
- MIS, P&L;, cashflow forecasts
- GST/TDS filings, GSTR-1/2A reconciliations
- Partner settlements, EMI tracking (zero defaults)
- Payments, AR/AP, audits, controls
- Automate via Excel/Sheets models, dashboards, SOPs

Automation & Process Wins:

- Spot and automate reconciliations, reporting and settlements.
- Build Excel/Google Sheets models for EMI tracking, settlements and revenue.
- Create dashboards for liquidity/compliance, reduce manual work.
- Coordinate with tech for integrations, document SOPs for scalability.

What You Bring:

- M.Com, CA Inter/IPCC preferred.
- 4-8 years in Finance & Accounts, startup/marketplace experience a plus.
- Expert in Tally/Zoho Books, advanced Excel (Pivots, Lookups, MIS).




- Strong GST/TDS knowledge, cashflow forecasting, outsourced team management.
- Process design skills, basic automation/dashboards preferred.
- Ownership mindset, high accuracy, great communication.
