Experience: 5+ years
(Preferred: Environmental Consultancy / EPC / Industrial Services industry)

Salary Range: 45k to 50k

Roles:

1. Business Development & Lead Generation

- Identify and develop recent business opportunities in chemical, pharma, petrochemical, and manufacturing industries
- Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients

2. Client Relationship Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients and decision-makers
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable environmental solutions

3. Sales & Project Promotion

- Promote environmental consultancy, O&M; services, and turnkey environmental projects
- Achieve business growth and sales targets

4. Proposal & Tender Handling

- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, tenders, and agreements




- Coordinate with technical teams for costing and execution planning

5. Coordination & Execution Support

- Act as a bridge between clients and internal execution teams
- Ensure smooth communication during project discussions and closures

6. Compliance & Industry Awareness

- Stay updated with environmental regulations, GPCB/CPCB norms, and industry trends
- Support clients with environmental compliance-related requirements

Qualification:

- Bachelor’s / Master’s in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, or Business Administration
- Environmental consultancy exposure preferred
