Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager for our silver jewellery business. The candidate will be responsible for expanding dealer/distributor networks, increasing wholesale sales, managing key client relationships, and developing marketing strategies for silver ornaments and jewellery collections.

The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of the jewellery industry, B2B sales, market trends, and customer relationship management.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Responsibilities

- Develop and expand wholesale business across India.
- Appoint and manage distributors, dealers, and retail partners.
- Generate new business opportunities through market visits, exhibitions, references, and online platforms.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for timely order execution.
- Handle pricing discussions, quotations, and negotiations with customers.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

Marketing Responsibilities

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for silver jewellery collections.
- Manage branding and promotional activities.
- Coordinate catalogue shoots, social media promotions, and exhibition participation.
- Support digital marketing initiatives for lead generation.




- Develop marketing materials for dealers and retailers.
- Build strong market presence for the company brand.

Reporting & Coordination

- Submit daily sales reports and market feedback.
- Coordinate with inward, outward, QC, and accounts departments.
- Track customer payments and outstanding balances.
- Maintain customer database and CRM records.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 4 year's experience in jewellery wholesale sales/marketing.
- Preference for candidates from silver, gold, imitation, or gemstone jewellery industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel for client meetings and exhibitions.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, billing systems, and CRM handling.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
