Field Collection Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a Field Collection Executive to join the leading Fintech company in Kolkata. As a Field Collection Executive, you will be responsible for following up with customers for recovery of overdue amounts through field visits, maintaining fair collection practices, and ensuring timely feedback and updates on customer information. The ideal candidate should have 1 -5 years of experience in collections, sales, or field operations role and possess strong communication skills in the local language. This position requires the candidate to have their own bike and driving license.

Key Responsibilities
- Follow -up with customers for recovery of overdue amounts through field visits to customer’s address
- Maintain fair collection practices while dealing with customers, adhering to the code of conduct & legal guidelines
- Start timely field visits in the morning and adhere to regulated timelines of 8AM - 7PM
- Ensure genuine and timely feedback is filled on App for each case, and update any new customer information on the App




- Ensure that the weekly/monthly collection target is met
- Update the status of repayments and raise any on -ground issues to the field collection manager in a timely and cordial manner

Requirements

- Any 10th passed & above qualification candidates can apply

1 - 5 years of experience in collections, sales, or field operations role
Fluent and proficient in communication in the local language (Regional language/English/Hindi)
Take responsibility of effectiveness and timely completion of work
Understanding of the Loan process and documents as informed in training
Planning, organizing, and time management skills along with the ability to prioritize tasks/visits
6 days working with 1 rotational week off
Candidate should have their own bike and driving license (Mandatory)
