Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations across multiple Agile teams.
- Multi-Project Leadership: Manage concurrent Agile projects across business units, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and delivery excellence
- Agile Leadership: Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, demos) and ensure adherence to Agile principles (Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban).
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams. Manage expectations and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues across projects. Escalate critical blockers and propose actionable solutions.
- Team Coordination: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including developers, testers, analysts, and designers. Foster collaboration and accountability.
