Eligibility / Qualification
Applicants must satisfy the eligibility criteria prescribed under UGC Regulations, 2018 (and subsequent amendments).
Essential Qualifications
Ph.D. degree in the concerned/allied/relevant discipline from a recognized university.
An eminent scholar actively engaged in research.
Minimum 10 years of teaching experience in a university/college or equivalent research experience.
At least 10 research publications in peer-reviewed, Scopus, Web of Science, or UGC-CARE listed journals with the required research score.
Evidence of academic leadership and successful completion of sponsored research projects.
Relaxation
5% relaxation in Master’s degree marks is available for SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)/PwBD candidates as per UGC norms.
