At ProSync Infotech, we're looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to lead our social media team, drive content strategy, and strengthen our digital presence across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead and manage the Social Media team, ensuring smooth execution of daily tasks and timely delivery of content
✅ Supervise, mentor, and coordinate with Video Editors, Graphic Designers, Content Creators, and Social Media Executives to maintain quality and consistency
✅ Own and drive the growth strategy for our Instagram account with 207K+ followers
✅ Manage, optimize, and scale our YouTube channel for maximum reach, engagement, and subscriber growth




✅ Develop and execute monthly content calendars aligned with business and marketing objectives
✅ Plan, schedule, and oversee the publishing of reels, posts, stories, YouTube videos, and other social media content
✅ Research trending products, viral content ideas, industry trends, and competitor strategies to keep our content ahead of the curve
✅ Review and approve content before publishing to ensure it aligns with ProSync Infotech's brand guidelines and quality standards
✅ Monitor audience engagement, community interactions, and platform performance while ensuring timely responses where required
✅ Track content performance, prepare regular reports, and use analytics to optimize future content strategies
✅ Stay updated with platform algorithms, industry trends, and emerging content opportunities to maintain a competitive edge
✅ Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute campaigns, product launches, and brand-building initiatives
