Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive strategic hiring across India and global markets. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about identifying top talent, building robust hiring partnerships, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in executive search, headhunting, market mapping, stakeholder management, ATS administration, and recruitment process excellence. Experience in hiring for technology and niche skill sets will be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities




Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid, senior, and leadership-level positions across multiple functions.
Drive proactive sourcing and headhunting strategies to attract high-quality passive talent.
Build robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce requirements and provide strategic hiring guidance.
Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Market Mapping & Talent Intelligence
Conduct market mapping, competitor research, and talent intelligence to support strategic hiring decisions.
Develop talent insights and sourcing strategies for niche and business-critical positions.
Provide market trends, salary benchmarking, and talent availability insights to stakeholders.
