About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional leader to serve in the capacity of Director/Sr. Vice President of Health, Nutrition & WASH practice for IPE Global globally. This pivotal role combines strategic leadership, project management, and business development responsibilities. The incumbent will be responsible for driving innovation and growth in our Health, Nutrition & WASH portfolio, identifying cutting-edge ideas and cultivating strategic partnerships. S/He will also lead on some of the existing and upcoming projects in the space of Health Systems Strengthening, RMHCH+A, SRH, Health Financing, and other related areas.

Career Trajectory: This position will shadow the Practice Head, with a transparent trajectory to lead the entire practice within a year. The role offers an unparalleled opportunity for an ambitious leader to shape the direction of our health initiatives and advance to the highest levels of organisational leadership.

This position will be based either out of New Delhi and will be responsible for global operations.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Project Management
Provide visionary leadership to ensure programmatic excellence and financial integrity across projects
Develop and update comprehensive work plans aligned with beneficiary needs, government priorities, and donor requirements
Ensure compliance with funder policies (Gates Foundation, CIFF, World Bank, AfDB, ADB, etc.), IPE Global procedures, and international best practices
Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including funding agencies, Ministry of Health, and implementing partners
Oversee project budgets, financial operations, and resource allocation

Technical Oversight & Quality Assurance
Guide the design, implementation, and evaluation of evidence-based interventions
Ensure technical quality and sustainability of all project activities
Lead the development of robust monitoring, evaluation, and lear
