Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
Reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Generate and qualify leads to build a solid sales pipeline.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable course recommendations.
Conduct counselling sessions and explain program benefits.
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into enrollments.
Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems.
Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
