purpose of the job

This strategic leadership role provides direction for all external and internal
communications activities as well as Public Affairs and CSR activities in India.
You are accountable for the performance and execution of a corporate affairs




strategy that supports all business specializations - Operational, Professional,
Enterprise and Digital and GCC in the country. You will work closely with other
business and functional leaders to raise the profile and reputation of Randstad
in India. This is a One Randstad role.

* Corporate Affairs Strategy: Design and implement a unified corporate affairs
strategy that drives Randstad’s reputation as a "Partner for Talent" within
the Indian market. This involves a broad and comprehensive understanding of
multiple disciplines to ensure that communication and public affairs plans
align with the company’s goals and culture and creates growth opportunities.

* External Communications and Thought Leadership: Act as the strategic lead for
all Indian media relations and external positioning, blending the global
strategic narrative with local business nuance. You are responsible for the
local implementation, tailoring, and amplification
