Accountabilities:

The Senior AI Engineer, Legal will be responsible for architecting, developing, and deploying AI-powered solutions that enhance legal workflows while ensuring quality, security, and enterprise scalability.
- Partner with legal and compliance stakeholders to understand workflows, identify automation opportunities, and develop solutions that drive efficiency and adoption.
- Design and build AI-powered applications supporting legal research, contract analysis, regulatory review, and compliance processes.
- Develop end-to-end AI solutions using large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agentic AI frameworks.
- Create and optimize document processing pipelines, including ingestion, parsing, chunking, embedding, indexing, and intelligent search capabilities.
- Build production-ready AI features using clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
