- Job Title: Laser Soldering Machine Operator (Jewelry) Location: Saraf Bazar, RK Circle, Nashik, Maharashtra Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Laser Soldering Machine Operator to join our jewelry workshop in Nashik. The ideal candidate should have experience operating laser soldering machines for gold, silver, platinum, and other precious metal jewelry. The role requires precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Key Responsibilities - Operate laser soldering machines for jewelry repair and manufacturing. - Perform precision laser welding on gold, silver, platinum, and other precious metal jewelry. - Repair broken chains, rings, bangles, earrings, pendants, and other jewelry items. - Adjust laser machine settings such as current, pulse width, frequency, and spot size according to the job requirements. - Inspect finished work to ensure strong, clean, and accurate welds. - Handle delicate jewelry carefully to avoid damage during the soldering process. - Maintain the laser soldering machine and keep the work area clean and organized. - Follow all safety procedures while operating the equipment.



- Coordinate with goldsmiths and other workshop staff to ensure timely completion of work. Requirements - Experience operating a jewelry laser soldering/welding machine. - Knowledge of jewelry manufacturing and repair techniques. - Ability to identify suitable laser settings for different metals and jewelry designs. - Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. - Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently. - Freshers with laser soldering training may also apply. Preferred Skills - Experience with gold, silver, platinum, and diamond jewelry repairs. - Basic understanding of jewelry finishing and polishing. - Ability to troubleshoot minor machine issues. - Strong focus on quality and precision.
