Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of agency experience.

Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, PPC, and more).
- Plan and execute paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms to meet business objectives.
- Oversee and optimize SEO strategies to drive organic growth and improve rankings.
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce engaging campaigns and brand messaging.
- Manage client communication, understand their goals, and ensure campaign success.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Lead and mentor junior team members to achieve performance goals.

Requirements:

- 3–4 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency environment.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM,



social media marketing, PPC, email marketing, and content strategy.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).
- Ability to develop data-driven strategies and optimize campaigns for ROI.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to present campaign insights to clients.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.
- Creativity and a passion for staying ahead in the digital space.
